Shipping & Fulfillment Terms

All shipping logistics, freight routing, and carrier selection (including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, and DHL) are negotiated and managed on an individual corporate contract basis. Fortland Commerce LLC coordinates all inbound and outbound shipments directly through authorized regional third-party logistics (3PL) facilities and brand fulfillment centers within the United States. Wholesale delivery timelines, shipping tracking, and warehouse receiving protocols are governed strictly by the terms executed in our master vendor agreements.

Returns and Discrepancies

Claims for shipping discrepancies, transit damages, or inventory shortages must be submitted to our corporate supply chain desk within the timeframe specified in the individual distribution contract. All approved returns, order management adjustments, and inventory liquidations are processed in accordance with strict B2B compliance policies to ensure marketplace pricing stability and protect brand value. Retail or individual end-user returns are not accepted through this platform.
